A short break in my career has put a brake to it.
I was talking to a friend today about my job search. He tells me that his HR friend (a lady) told him that they were not willing to take me as my career had breaks in it. I felt so bad. I can expect this from a man but not from a woman. I always have heard the statement that only a woman can understand another woman's feelings, but here its a lady who has passed this statement without even giving me a chance to prove myself. But I dont believe in giving up, I still continue my search......
